History

1902Established Fujishima Seisakusho, the predecessor of VENN, in Shiba Nishioji, Tokyo.
1923Moved the factory to Oi Itomachi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo and renamed it Fushiman Seisakusho.
1945The Ministry of the Navy ordered the evacuation of the head office factory and moved to Yahaba-cho, Shiwa-gun, Iwate Prefecture (current location) and called it the Iwate Factory.
1950Fushiman Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was dissolved, and the Iwate Factory independently established Fushiman Valve Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
1952Established Tokyo Sales Office and Tokyo Factory in Yaguchi, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
1959 Opened Kyushu branch office (currently Fukuoka sales office). Became a JIS display licensed factory.

1960Opened Osaka branch office (currently Osaka sales office).
1961 Moved the head office from the Iwate factory to Furuichimachi, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
The solenoid valve division of the Tokyo factory was separated and Fuji Denso Co., Ltd. was established.
1963 The company name was changed to Fushiman Valve Co., Ltd.
Opened Nagoya branch office (currently Nagoya sales office).
1964Opened Hiroshima branch office (currently Hiroshima sales office).
1966Opened Sapporo branch office (currently Sapporo sales office).
1967Fuji Denso Co., Ltd. relocated to Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture (currently Sagamihara Factory).
1969Moved the Tokyo factory to Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
1970 The company name was changed to VENN Co., Ltd.
Moved the head office to Yaguchi, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
1973Closed the Tokyo factory in Yokohama and established a technical research institute and a distribution center.
1974 Opened Sendai branch office and Morioka office (currently Sendai sales office and Morioka sales office).
The Iwate Plant will be a high pressure gas certified establishment. (Permission number MAB348-N)
1978The technical center will be the inspection factory of the Japan Water Works Association.
1979Opened Niigata Office and Kanazawa Office (currently Niigata Branch Office, Kanazawa Sales Office).
1980Became a JIS display licensed factory. (Permission number 480021 Water pressure reducing valve JIS B 8410)
1981Opened Maebashi Office (currently Kanetsu Sales Office).
1983Became a JIS display licensed factory. (Permission number 483006 Relief valve for hot water equipment JIS B 8414)
1984Opened Kanagawa branch office, Omiya branch office, Nagano branch office, and Shizuoka branch office.
1985Separated Iwate Factory and established VENN Iwate Factory Co., Ltd.
1986 Head office moved to Tamagawa, Ota-ku, Tokyo.
Omiya branch office and Maebashi branch office were integrated into Kanetsu branch office (Maebashi city).
1989Sales and technical tie-up with PPP in the US (currently JL Ind. Inc.), Iwaka in Germany (currently Danfoss Iwaka), and Comap in France.
1990 Closed the Technical Research Institute in Yokohama and opened the Iwaki Technical Center (ITC) in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture.
Opened Higashi Kanto Sales Office in Chiba City.
1994Merged with VENN Iwate Factory Co., Ltd.
1996Opened West Kanto Sales Office in Sagamihara City and North Kanto Sales Office in Omiya City.
1997Merged with Fuji Denso Co., Ltd.
1999 Opened Iwaki branch office.
The Iwate factory will be an ISO 9001 certified factory.
year 2000 The Sagamihara factory will be an ISO 9001 certified factory.
Sales and technical tie-up with SJM of South Korea.
2001Sales and technical tie-up with Asako Kogyo Co., Ltd. of South Korea.
2002Sales and technical tie-up with Studre in the United Kingdom.
2004Sales and technical tie-up with Swiss JRG (currently Georg Fischer JRG AG).
2006Opened Okayama branch office.
2008Sales and technical tie-up with NEOPERL of Switzerland.
year 2012Opened Yokohama branch office in Tamagawa, Ota-ku, Tokyo.

2016Sagamihara Factory The factory building has been renewed.
2017 Iwate factory work building renewed.
Moved the distribution center in Yokohama to the Sagamihara factory and established the Sagamihara central distribution center.
