A stainless steel constant water level valve for water tanks. With a flow rate adjustment mechanism, the valve closing time can be adjusted with a needle valve and the amount of water discharged can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.
The attached stainless steel ball tap has a water stop level adjustment mechanism.

Major features

  • Both the main body and main parts are made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion.
  • Equipped with a flow rate adjustment mechanism and a needle for adjusting the valve closing time.
  • Since the passage to the pilot pipe is a bypass passage, there is no effect of intermittent water supply from the ball tap due to waves, and quiet and stable water supply is provided.

Frequently Asked Questions and Explanations

What kind of failure (complaint) does the constant water level valve have?

Please check the details.

Why do you use solenoid valves and ball taps together for pilot piping?

When using a solenoid valve, the water level is detected by the liquid level switch, and the main valve is opened and closed by the operation of the pilot solenoid valve to control the water level.

Is the flow rate adjustment mechanism of the constant water level valve a constant flow valve?

It is not a constant flow valve. The purpose is to regulate the maximum flow rate to prevent the water pressure drop in the water pipes during the daytime when tap water is in high demand.
