A pressure reducing valve for direct acting micropressure gas for chemical plants and steelmaking plants. A double detection mechanism that does not require detection piping enables fine pressure control with high differential pressure.

Major features

  • A maximum decompression ratio of 300: 1 is possible. (For example, the pressure can be reduced from 300kPa to 1kPa at once.)
  • Since it is a single seat valve, there is no valve leak.
  • The optimum pressure balance structure can be selected for each fluid.

Frequently Asked Questions and Explanations

Is there a leak in the steam pressure reducing valve?

The allowable leakage amount is stated in the specifications of each product.

Does the fluid flow without pressure adjustment?

It doesn't flow. It will flow normally only after adjusting the pressure.

How should I perform maintenance and inspection of the steam pressure reducing valve?

We perform regular maintenance once a year as a guide. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
