RP-11 type
View favorites See the comparison
A pilot type pressure reducing valve used to reduce the pressure of high-pressure steam.
With a maximum decompression ratio of 20: 1, stable operation is achieved even at high differential pressures.
The face-to-face dimensions are the same as the old RP-2H pressure reducing valve, and the weight is reduced by about 40%.
Please refer to page 16 of the catalog for the nominal diameter selection chart.

Frequently Asked Questions and Explanations

Is there a leak in the steam pressure reducing valve?

The allowable leakage amount is stated in the specifications of each product.

Does the fluid flow without pressure adjustment?

It doesn't flow. It will flow normally only after adjusting the pressure.

How should I perform maintenance and inspection of the steam pressure reducing valve?

We perform regular maintenance once a year as a guide. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
