The FD-11N, 12 type is a constant flow valve that is used not only for central hot water supply equipment in hotels and office buildings, but also for water supply equipment. The flow path of the orifice is narrowed down to supply a constant flow rate.
A new lineup of stainless steel FD-12 type for both the main body and main parts.

Major features

  • The mounting posture is free.
  • Hot water is evenly circulated throughout the circulation system piping to prevent hot water from staying and the hot water temperature dropping.
  • The main part is made of SUS and has excellent corrosion resistance. (FD-11N type)
  • Made of all stainless steel. (FD-12 type)

Frequently Asked Questions and Explanations

Why do you need a constant flow valve?

For the purpose of flowing a constant flow rate for cooling water of equipment and applications such as weighing, and for housing equipment, distribute the water supply and hot water supply to each house in an appropriate amount (restrict that it is not overused by one house).

Can it be used for the purpose of suppressing changes in flow rate due to fluctuations in primary pressure?

It can be used for overflow limiting applications.

What is an orifice?

It is a pipeline with a reduced area. It is the throttle of the flow path when its length is relatively short compared to the cross-sectional dimension.
