Circuit valve
What is the purpose of the differential pressure control valve?
There are two types of differential pressure control valves: "relief method" and "pressure reduction method". In the case of "missing method".
- By keeping the differential pressure before and after the equipment constant, the differential pressure limit (operating pressure range) of the control valve is maintained and noise is suppressed.
- By maintaining the differential pressure between the front and rear of the device such as the filter, damage to the filter etc. is prevented.
- In the air-conditioning cold / hot water system, etc., the flow rate of each floor and each zone is distributed appropriately.
What is the structure of the differential pressure control valve (pressure reducing method)?
- By maintaining the differential pressure before and after the equipment and piping system, the maximum flow rate limit to the equipment and the differential pressure before and after the orifice can be maintained to control the constant flow rate.
- For burners, etc., the differential pressure between fuel oil and steam or air can be maintained, and individual fluids can be mixed at a constant ratio.
