Constant water level valve

What kind of failure (complaint) does the constant water level valve have?

  1. There is an overflow from the water tank. (The water doesn't stop)
    1. Valve closing failure due to clogging of the scale of the primary pressure introduction path to the diaphragm chamber.
    2. Valve closing failure due to pilot ball tap failure (valve body sticking / float damage).
    • In addition, valve closing failure due to malfunction of the solenoid valve in pilot solenoid valve control. (Usually, pilot piping is combined with a ball tap)
  2. There is a drought in the water tank. (Water does not flow)
    1. Valve opening failure due to pilot ball tap failure (sticking of valve body).
    2. Poor valve opening due to clogging of scales, etc. to the pilot piping and ball tap strainer.
    3. Valve opening failure due to malfunction of pilot solenoid valve.
    4. Poor valve opening due to insufficient relief of the pilot solenoid valve.
  3. There is noise such as hunting of the constant water level valve and running water noise.
    1. Water hammer noise caused by hunting, water hammer caused by water discharge, and ball tap float up / down movement (valve opening / closing) and long drop piping for hunting. Noise generated when the valve closes when the flow velocity is high.
    2. Depending on the structure, water hammer due to improper adjustment of the valve opening / closing time adjustment screw.
