Please tell me how to select the safety valve with lever and without lever.

As a general rule, select no lever (sealed type) for fluids that adversely affect the surroundings when the safety valve operates, such as flammable / toxic and liquid.
If it is necessary to check the operation of the safety valve by operating the lever, select the one with a lever.
